Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using http://www.asmustoys.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Asmus Collectibles may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 

 

1.      Cancellation of Order

 For pre-orders, customers may cancel the order before the product is in stock. The deposit is non-refundable after the item is available for shipping. If customers wish to cancel an order for in-stock products Asmus Collectibles only accepts cancellation prior to shipment. For any refund transaction, PayPal charges 0.3 USD as the processing fees so the refund you receive will be 0.3 USD short of the original payment. The processing fees is charged by PayPal system, not Asmus Collectibles, but we apologize for causing any inconvenience.  

 

For any cancellation request, please send an email to the following address: service@asmustoys.com and

state your name and order number in the email.

 

2.      Payment and Shipping

·       Shipping

  • Choose free shipping when checking out. Shipment will be made via Chunghwa Post with tracking. Shipping time can take 2-3 weeks. Taxes and any local government imposed fees are not covered.
  • Choose Per Item Shipping Rate when checking out. Shipping time is 3-5 workdays. Please make sure you leave us a reachable number for delivery. FedEx will provide tracking service and contact you if first deliver attempt is unsuccessful. Taxes and any local government imposed fees are not covered.

Countries unable to ship with FedEx: -- 

All in stock orders are sent within 3-5 workdays of your purchase, and a set of tracking is provided for you to follow the status of the shipment.

 

·       Price and Payment

  • The prices listed on http://www.asmustoys.com include the shipping costs, but do not include any duty, fee or charge of any kind imposed by any governmental authority. Unless specified otherwise, all the prices shown are in US Dollars. Asmus Collectibles only accepts payment through PayPal.
  • For pre-order products, an invoice for the balance payment will be sent to your PayPal account once the item is available for shipping. A payment reminder will be sent to the email address on your order if the balance hasn't been paid in 30 days. The item will be open for sale to other customer if no response is made within 7 days of the payment reminder. If the balance is paid after the invoice is cancelled, we will proceed shipping your order. If the item is sold out by the time of payment, we will refund the balance. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to other order or product. We will contact you for confirmation regarding the transferal if needed.  

3.      Return & Exchange

It’s unfortunate that there are various mistreatments and uncontrollable situations that might occur during international deliveries, which can lead to unexpected return shipment. For cases like these, Asmus Collectibles offers following solutions,

 

·         Unopened Items

Asmus Collectibles accepts return and refund or exchange for unopened and unused product within 7 days of receiving the package. The product must be in the same condition as it is when initially received. Products with visible indication that it’s been used or manipulated are not qualified for return and exchange.

 

Customers are responsible for all the return and imported fees without any reimbursement. Asmus Collectibles will return the payment after deducting the return shipping costs. If the package is damaged, lost or disposed by the customs in the return process, Asmus Collectibles will not provide refund or compensation.

 

·         Defective Items

If the product is found damaged or defective and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, customers will cover the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product. Or if Asmus Collectibles are able to provide replacement part, we might ask the defective part in the customer’s possession to be sent back to us. Customers will cover the shipping costs for returning the said part. Collectibles will provide coupon as compensation to shipping the items back to us.

 

·         Delivery Failure

If the package is not delivered successfully and is returned to us due to reasons including, but not limited to, customs charge unpaid, parcel unclaimed, addressee unreacheable, etc., Asmus Collectibles will cancel the order upon receiving the returned package, and will deduct the return shipping costs from the original payment and refund the rest of the amount. The returned shipping costs is based on charges made by Chunghwa Post or FedEx. Asmus Toys makes no profit from the charges.

 

·         Refund

All refund in any cases is processed after the return package is received intact. The refund and the replacement process does not include the shipping costs of the return delivery.
